So what to expect at the music messe? - 03/30/13 10:08 AM

We all know the BK9 will be there and i am sure everyone is saying their prayers that it will be the long awayted next step for arrangers...

But what else can we expect in the arranger and the workstation segment? Will there be an answer from Yamaha, either on the workstation side, or the totl arranger front?

I am curious about Ketron. After upgrading the sd2 to the sd1000 and midjayplus to midjaypro, will there be an sd???? keyboard? They have just seemed to work the bugs out of the Audya so I don't think they will mess with that now.

And will Korg upgrade the pa800 to a pa900?

Yamaha has no arranger related news on Musikmesse.

Nord has put up a teaser on its site about something new they are introducing at this year’s Musikmesse, being held March 21-24 in Frankfurt.

For those of you that can’t wait until next week, though, here is the first image of the yet-to-be-announced Anordion. It will fill the gaping hole in Nord’s lineup for an accordion style synthesizer. cool2
