With the band in NY we played COUNTLESS St. Patrick's Day dinner dances ... I miss the bagpipes and Irish Step dancers, but I DON'T miss the corned beef and cabbage AT ALL !!! ...

I try to avoid them. I played one last night and I have one Saturday night.

I'm working my regular gig at a country club. they decorate a little...not much.


BUT! I play on a St Pattys Day float for a large parade downtown.

Been doing it for years. We have a truck, generator...the whole works! I THINK it was lots more fun before we all began worrying about our blood pressure (LOL)!

I'll be playing tenor banjo, piano and a unique double-neck mandolin.
