Hi Jerry,

If it means anything, their ebay score is 99.3% after 4083 items.

I've had some quotes from them on a couple of accordions that sounded reasonable, however never made the deal.

I did a Google search for "Jim Laabs review". From what I read, it doesn't sound very positive.

Only heard negative- no support after sale. Very "impolite" response to a dealer I was visiting that had one of his his house brand instruments in for repair just trying to get info. Curbside warranty....

Bought a keyboard form him long ago and when it arrived the package was so damaged the UPS driver said he wold wait and let me open it before he left. Keyboard looked OK so I told him to go but when I fired it up the screen was damaged. Contacted Jim Laabs and he paid for the fix with no questions so all was good.
