advise needed on coverting 110v tyros 4 to 220v

Hi. I'm in the planning stages of importing
A tyros 4 from the usa to south africa. Usa
Uses 110v. South africa uses 220v. Is a transformer
Safe to use? If I buy the tyros 4 factory speakers
In south africa does that also have to go through the
Transformer. I have no idea how to go about this.

Just about everyone uses a multi voltage transformer...doesn't Yamaha in their top line models?

It would be in your best interest to check with Yamaha USA to be sure.
