Has anyone received or purchased a Kronos yet?

I'm interested to hear about any first hand experiences with the Kronos now that they are shipping. Reviews look pretty good so far.

My Kronos 61 is arriving today or Monday...i already spent a day with a Kronos
but i still have nothing to say since anything i would say it would be personal.
If i had to Order a Korg instrument and all i knew was i just saw a picture of
it i would still ordered blindly which makes my opinion not valid.

I want one, can't afford it.... anyone want to buy a kidney? I'm selling mine cheap, $4000 or trade for Kronos.....

Nedim, Congrats on the Kronos purchase. How can you contain yourself waiting for it?

All the reviews I see so far look fantastic. There are a lot of people here who's opinions I respect, so I wanted to know what folks here thought about it.

Korg4God; I can appreciate that. I'm saving my pennies myself hoping to get one eventually. That's a LOT of gigs to pay for that!

I got it already, not a long wait, i went nutz in 2 days, smoked like 6 packs
of cigarettes...i wish everyone can have this, in my whole experience which i
owned over 20 something high end machines nothing comes close to this so far...
i have no words, i will post a video of unpacking.

Ironically i have Kidney Problems, stones...yesterday i was in for
a long Sonogram and Monday i will go for the readings, i have 2 more
stones on my right side...ugh!

Good luck with the stones. I hear it's one of the most painful ailments you can have. Let's hope they can get it with radio waves instead of surgery.

Very nice! Now post Part II with some examples of the patches. I'm dying to hear the patches. I have many 3rd party libraries for my Motif XF that emulate many signature sounds like Journey, Van Halen, Pink Floyd, etc,,etc, etc. I would have to reprogram all those sounds on a Kronos for my gigs if I replaced the Motif with the Kronos. I bring a Tyros 4 with me because I also do Cocktail Hour and Ceremony at Weddings.

Cardboard boxes for the Kronos are OK !!!
