A few years ago, I attended a Christmas show at Radio City Music Hall and fondly remember experiencing the awesome sound of its legendary mighty Wurlitzer.

Larry, realizing you live in Pennsylvania, did you get to see this guy play the one at Macys in Philadephia? cool

I heard it many years ago during the Christmas Holiday. I believe it was Wanamaker's back then, and later became Macy's
I don't know who was playing, but I remember it 'filling' the store with a powerful amazing sound.

Great post Larry...very fascinating story, and equally enchanting instruments.

I also love the sound Leigh gets out of the Tyros4...massive and powerful.
