I'm using the Harmony M, which is a newer model. DonM is using the same one as well.

Harmony M does harmony and does also have a vocal processor. The one you're looking at doesn't seem to be a harmonizer.

I have the TC-Helcon Live Touch and like Dave said it offers many additional options, but you will need to spend a good amount of time learning how to use all the extras.
If you just want voice harmony the M model is the best bet.
