Great new iPhone app

.....for busy Catholics. Seems like now there is an iphone app (iTunes/$1.99) that allows busy Catholics to text in their confessions. Although approved by local priests and bishops, the Pope isn't convinced. Of course, he isn't the one that has to sit there and listen to them in real time.

I could see the potential for a real disaster here. What if you accidently hit a wrong button and sent your confession to the police, or worse, your wife. Anyhow, doesn't God already know everything you've done? My advice, save your money on this app. Put it in the poor box.

True story...I remember going to confession when I was a kid, and I would tell the priest all the sins I was planning on committing...I just wanted insurance.
