Joe Rinaudo preserves the Fotoplayer a very important part of keyboard history. It was used to accompany silent movies with realtime music and sound effects performed by one man. A truly astonishing instrument. And although in the Youtube clip the music is primarily piano the Fotoplayer is also an organ as well.
