Anyone using Ketron SD3 accordion module - 11/13/10 05:58 AM

Hello

I'm interested in knowing a bit more about the SD3 module. I know it is basically a module version of the SD5 keyboard but I have not seen or heard it demonstrated with an accordion. I have the MS 40 module which I have used for 10 years + and I would like to upgrade.

I would appreciate the views of any accordionists who are using or may have used this module.

Hi Frank, and welcome to the forum.

You may have better luck with your question on the Solton forum at Yahoogroups.com.

I've not used the sd3 myself but here is a link for how to set up the SD3 for accordion on youtube. The presenter is an engineer for Ketron, very knowledgeable.

BTW, the SD3 is now one generation old since the arrival of the Audya 4, so you should be able to get one at a fairly good price.

Good Luck

Thanks Don

I've seen that youtube video with AJ, he shows how to set it up but I would like to hear/see it being demoed with an accordion.
