New problem. How do I reload the system on the T4?

I just ran into another problem. I assigned my custom style folders to various buttons (so they can be accessed through the "file access" button), and after a few days, they mysteriously have been un-assigned...

I never encountered this with the T3...

I'm hoping I can solve all my problems by reloading the system software (not just resetting it). Can anyone advise me how to do this?

here is my guess..Chony is using samples and I think we will find that the Tyros4 has less ram memory than the Tyros3..so they can sell the memory option..

Chony do you have the expanded ram?
