Tyros VH assistance

Hello;

Has any one had any luck with good vocal harmony & mic settings on the tyros. I have tried various configuration but I am still obtaining a split not occasionally. What I mean by this-- when a note is sung it is preceeded by second note. Sort of like a slip note in country playing

If you have ever heard the Cher song " do you believe in love" the effect is created in her voice.

What is causing this in the tyros Harmonizer? Is it my technics or setting? Solutions?
