I may have asked this before, but do any of you use freeware to convert photos to DVDs?... if so, what kind ... if not, do you use any other software?

Tony, isn't there a basic media program within Windows or your OS that handles that kind of thing for you?

Bill I have looked in both Windows and DELL... DELL gave a temporary version that has long run out, and I haven't able to find anything in Windows ...
Windows will put the pics on a CD, but I am looking to make a DVD that could be played on a DVD player onto TV...

Tony, If you're runing Windows Vista, it should contain something called Windows DVD Maker. If all you want is a simple photo to DVD, that should work fine.

Proshow Gold is excellent. Do a search and download the Demo.

Vista, XP Media Centre and Win 7 do have the software built in, however for others go to www.download.com and choose one that takes your fancy.
