Amazon SUCKS!

I bought my little Zoom H-2 from Amazon...no problem. Then, on a subsequent order, I failed to notice that it was filled by a third party. The order wasn't filled, and contacting Amazon is impossible. What total arrogance! I won't jump thru those kind of hoops for anybody!

It's further proof that I should ALWAYS buy from people I know and trust. The savings on anything these fools sell isn't nearly enough to offset the income lost when trying to deal with them. TOTAL FRUSTRATION!

NEVER AGAIN!

That sounds unusual for Amazon. I bought many things from them and never had a problem and usually it's a third party.

Odd..., my wife and I have purchased a lot of merchandise from Amazon without any problems. I think the only issue my wife ran into was pre-ordering an item that took a while to ship..., but was actually the manuf. fault as they changed the release date.

Er, that'd be the third party's fault.

Always the chance you take when going for the cheapest deal.

Amazon's customer service is second to none. I could tell you some amazing stories of the hoops THEY'VE jumped though for me in the past.

KUDOs to Amazon...Never had an issue, The largest item I ordered from them was a lawn tractor...Came crated and worked fine. Been my goto shopping place first.

Glad you folks are happy with them. Different strokes, I guess.

I'm done with them!

Nothing but kudos for Amazon. Buy all my CDs from them, no problems.

I've bought a number of things from Amazon without any problems. At the end of November I ordered a technical text book related to my job. 30 days later it still hadn't been deliverd. I contacted the seller who was a third party. He apologized for the delay located the missing text ( it was mistakenly shipped to another person and address). He gave me a $25 refund for my trouble and about 5 days later the text was delivered. No complaints here. My wife also orders from Amazon regualar and has never had any problems. Russ, sounds like you just had some bad luck, sorry to hear that.
