please help loading PA800 OS

please help the tech impaired. I know I updated the OS once, but I am just blocking. So far I downloaded 2.0 on a usb flashdrive. But the KB does not seem to recognize it. It shows up on the copy function. Please help with elementary step x step instructions for this spec needs player. thanks

Don't forget to unzip the folder first, once you have downloaded it. Step by step instructions are included i the folder for you, just print them out, they are easy to follow.
