Please update your SZ Frapper map profile....

It seems Frapper got taken over, and some of the entries may have disappeared, or something, so Nigel tells me...

So, if you would like other members to know where you are living, and also what arranger you play (maybe you could show it to someone that can't find one in a store), PLEASE either update or re-enter yourself in the Synthzone Frapper map...

I got an email from Larry Hawk who runs the frappr map and tells me there is a brand new map at http://www.frappr.com/synthzoneforum that you need to setup. Although the old map is still available at the bottom of the forum pages it will be changing very soon to this new one.

I apologize to those who have signed up to the old Frapper, but it was out of control, and it was easier to just start over with a brand new Frapper.

So if you have a moment, sign up for the new and improved Frapper with preferably a photo of your good looking face. I'm sure you are proud of your photos of cars, boats, etc. but one of the purposes of the SynthZone map is to see what you all look like.

There are also pins to choose for your brand of keyboard, along with your location, and a shout-out. Shout-out recommendations? Maybe your model keyboard, or your stage name, or your music store, or anything relative to keyboards and the SynthZone.

So thanks to all members for your cooperation, and to Nigel for allowing Frapper to be a part of the SynthZone.

You know I tried to update the new one and couldn't get on, but, it seems I am back on the old one. I have no clue how it happened or how to fix it as I tried more than once.

Not sure why you couldn't join the new Frapper. http://www.frappr.com/synthzoneforum

At this time the old Frapper is still active at the bottom of the page, and will soon be deactivated and replaced by the new Frapper.Perhaps you joined the old Frapper?
Do not use the slideshow link at the bottom of this page until Nigel updates with the new Frapper.

I updated the new map, but after adding the photo it did not show up.

I would suggest you add your name to the shout out because we can't just look at your picture and automatically know who you are, unless we have met you or seen your picture somewhere before with your name. Note that when you run your cursor over a picture what ever is in the shout out comes up LIKE YOUR NAME AND KEYBOARDS

Yep, I had the same problem. In fact I don't think I even got added to the map at all.

Anyway the new slideshow is now on the bottom of the BBS pages. I'm sure the problems will be ironed out soon.

I C my pic and shout out there in the new slide show at the bottom and it has my name and keyboards show when I roll the curser over the pic.
