Anyone had success with the T3 file converter?

Anyone had success with the T3 file converter? When I use it it to convert my T2 TVN files to be compatible with the T3, it says "Source (from) files cannot be found."

I tried everything can't seem to get it to work. It's a fairly simple program so I don't know what else to try...

Is it possible that you downloaded the file that converts T1 to T2 rather than the T2 to T3? I used both files to convert from T1 to T2 then T2 to T3. They worked okay.
