Hi Don,

I was thinking about you today as I watched the coverage of Gustav. I, and I'm sure many other synthzoners are wondering how you are? Give us a shout when you get a chance.

Joe

I suspect Don is still high and dry. It looks like (on radar) that Gustav is still down in South Louisiana. Just wait though, it's probably gonna be a wet week in Shreveport and Caddo Parish.

Hi guys. Gustav is just getting here. We expect 12-20 inches of rain, because it is probably going to stall right over us here in North Louisiana. We may get winds as much as 40 mph, but the real danger is if it spawns tornadoes. So far so good!
We put sandbags around the patio, because it seemed to help keep the water off it during Katrina and Rita.
There are many thousands of people who were bussed up here from South La. I think there are several thousand in the Century Tel Center in Bossier City.
All the shelters are full and all motels and hotels have been full all week. I understand it's that way all the way to Memphis and Dallas.
Thanks for the concern!
