If S900 Reg (.RGT) files are structured the same as Tyros2/PSR3000 reg (.RGT) files, then this program should fit the bill:

Registration Memory Editor

If you want to create a new Reg bank file from an existing library of Reg bank files, by selectively mixing & matching and then exporting & importing 'indiviual regs' (1-8) from an existing Reg bank file library, then you need:

RegBankEdit 1.1 Unfortunately this more powerful program is only available in German language.
