That is very sad news. While Isaac was so well known for the theme from Shaft he was also known by many as the voice of Chef from South Park. Who could forget Chef's salty balls lol.

I'll never forget hearing and seeing him and his group playing the theme from Shaft on the Academy Award Show. It was a Great Performance.
