Finecases phone number?

Finecases phone number? - 07/21/08 08:07 AM

Anyone have a phone number for these folks? I emailed information on 5 needed cases to them last week, the day of their post here, with no response. Also, I notified them through the other post here that an order was on the way, with no response. Is this response pattern one of the reasons they had some past difficulties?

Thanks,

R.

Donny, I have that info. I used that to send a fax and email...no response. No phone # anywhere.

Russ, just passing this on. Nord, and at least one ebay seller, is now offering a gig bag specifically for the C1 at $300.00. I was about to spring for one but then discovered (duh!) that the C1 easily fits into the great, super-padded, gig bag that I purchased (from finecases, I think) for my Tyros2 (which never goes out anywhere, anyway......and before you ask, Donny, no, I don't KNOW why I bought a gig bag for an arranger; mental lapse, I guess ).

Russ this is a very small operation...most likely a drop shipper..
I remember purchasing items & communicating only via email.

Russ, did they actually post here? the only thing I saw was DNJ's post which was a paste of an email he got from them.

You're right, Rory. It was a Donny paste-job. Didn't look that closely. I'm going to give Frank a couple of days to respond to emails I sent and then order elsewhere. Our other Frank said he would get them for me, but I think that was a gracious offer but more trouble than it was worth.
