EMC Styles Works XT did'nt work yet

Hello. I could not get my EMC Styles Works Xt for my Korg PA1XPRO too work proberly on my Windows XP platform. I have in a long time wrote too
What do you doo

It should work fine on XP..Have you contacted Klaus at EMC?

Are you a registered owner of the software?

Yes In the past years, I have correnspond with Klaus lot of times, but when I get the new Styles Works XT, my troble started also the Factory program did not work well.
The program change tempo settings, don't convert correkt and fail/crack in the program. It is some time ago, I try too work with these program, but stoppped.

I too have found problems with the new XT software. It can't read PA800/PA2X yet it clearly states on the site that it does.

It doesn't save to PA800/PA2X file format, & after rereading the literature, it doesn't actually state that it does SAVE as a PA800 style, which isn't as big a problem as the PA800 will read a PA1X file..

XT & my latest Style Factory update , both crash, or lock up, or don't read data correctly.

I've been in touch with Klaus a number of times about the problems, last I heard back was in May, when he wrote to say he'd have some of the problems fixed in the next few days.
I'm still waiting.

For the Styleworks 2000, he used to have a site where you could download the latest updates.
Haven't seen an update on site for XT as yet or Stylefactory.

He's emailed me 2 or 3 over the past 6 months, but none have fixed the problems.

Knowing what I know about EMC... If I had it to do again I WOULD NOT SPEND THE $ 350 to BUY IT.

Glad I did not do the upgrade to XT for more $$$

The SW needs lots of work and has too many problems for me to deal with..

I would ask Klaus to either fix these issues or give back the $$$.
