More R12 cart woes

More R12 cart woes - 05/19/08 05:48 PM

I just need to vent.

I went to assemble the r12 today(tire smel is still there0

The cart was cut uneven and the trac that allows it to extend in length was seized.

So I exchanged it for another, And this time the stinking axles were to fat for the tires.
I had to modify the bushings.

What a hunk of crap.
It's a great concept, But just a tad of quality control and pride in craftsmanship would go a long way!

Sorry for whining...

I seem to have it working now. I love the cart concept, its awesome It was just a pain in the butt.

I looked at the r10 the only thing different were smaller wheels in the front

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I had exactly the same story! I bought the R12 and the tracks didn't match up. The guy who I spoke to at Penn Elcon was extremely gracious and got it replaced, and the new one is just bad. Putting it together is like grinding iron!
