Well that all Depends!!

The Stylemaker of The Hoxophone makes the Styles for his own use and knows some of the Styles are not easy to use for everyone.
You are free to play or not to play them but do not forget they are free.
He just shares the Styles for them who want to try something different. He does not make complete Styles like others do because he does not use Intro's and Fills and Endings.

...still can't imagine how anyone called the arranger kb a Hoxophone. I don't get it.

This can not be a problem for you because you are old and wise and you know that you do not have to use the word Hoxophone .
In this case it is the name of the Style Factory.
Everybody is free to name his arranger just as he likes.
Is it right your Arranger is called a Uncledavonium ?
