.. is a Casio digital piano with some arranger features, just in case anyone is interested. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/stupid?src=3NL7B1A&c_lid=e1&

No MIDI ports...too bad.

Still, a good buy if the piano sound appeals to you.

Ian, it SAYS it is midi capable. And one of the reviews said it made a decent controller. I don't know personally.

Yep, USB MIDI...not dedicated MIDI in-out ports.

Fine for using with a PC, but not as a MIDI controller via a dedicated MIDI out.

Still, pretty cheap and most probably a good buy.

Hey guys I'll chime in on this one.....

I personally dont like any of the PRIVIA keyboards...The speakers aren't all that....matter of fact when I go to GC if i play it i usually play it about 10-15 seconds and move on.....Really uninspiring...

some people like em I can spend $400 elsewhere better

But I might add that in that price range I'm not happy with ANYTHING.....I would just save and get a better piece

Steve,
Next time you are at a GC see if they have the new Yamaha P-85 Piano. It's a new model for $599 with weighted keys, 64 voice polyphony, weighs only 25lbs and can have a three pedal option for an additional $75.
This one is a winner at my store!
