More questions

OK,

I want to start from scratch and load in the latest software from Korg.

I have them on my desktop in zip files.

When I open the zips, it has the pdfs and a .pkg (0S) and a .BKP (Resourses).

Do I just transfer the .pkg and .BKP onto my pen drive and install that way? The media just mentions .set files?? Confusing.

I don't want to start my custom list until I get this thing updated in order to capture the default songs I already lost.

I was able to load in the OS, but cannot figure out how to load resources.

It shows up on the screen as Pa800_res_v150.BKP.

When I hit "load", it disappears.

The only way to get it on the screen is by hitting "copy"

I'm lost........the manual doesn't help!

is it in a note along with the download??

I know I brought the subject up on the korg forum, & probably answered my own question, I'll see if I can find it.
I did upgrade mine also, but can't remember what I did off the top of my head.

There are instructions for loading the OS, but none for the resources. The pdf says to consult the manual?

it's under Media Edit Mode

Full Restore of resources.
Page 235 of Manual Vers 1.

May be on a different page if you have a newer manual..
