Now that you own a pa-800, did you ever own a pa-80? if you have, are many of the styles repeated? What are your like & dislike compared to the pa-80. I was very close to buying one and the biggest turn off for me was the latin styles, especially the cumbia it is the same cumbia from the Ix300 model made 10 years ago. If I ever find one at the local guitar center I'll give it one more whirl.......

Mc ...yes I have owned & performed with the Pa80 yrs ago........mostly everything is different on the Pa800........for the better of course. I really cant remember off hand how the Pa80 Cumbia is compared to the Pa800....the Latin styles in the Pa800 are very usuable & danceable with a few tweaks here & there you can make them really shine, plus you can add the excellent pads (4), percussion, guitar strums, etc, etc, to the styles to really make them "your own" & creat some very interesting styles.
I hope you can find one soon and give it a try out.....make sure it has the latest OS also.
