Andrea ... Are you vacationing in Assisi for Christmas? ... What a BEAUTIFUL place ... When we were there I took a lovely picture of a home where I believe some nuns live ... My wife has made a beautiful oil painting of it ...

Tony,
yes, I was in Assisi and so had a unique opportunity to see it in this time of the year where it's not much crowded. It was also a moving experience to go to the midnight Mass in the lower basilica and hear the choir singing, among other things, "Adeste Fideles"... really gave me shivers!
