For your listening agony: TROUBADOUR HIGHWAY - 02/15/06 06:58 AM
In dnj's thread about "Is disco dead," DonM said:
In the past week I've done, as requested, "Shake Your Booty", "Long Train Running", "Play That Funky Music White Boy", "Y.M.C.A.", "Sharing the Night Together", "Harlem Shuffle", even the Stone's closest thing to Disco, "Miss You" do, do, doodoo, do, do, dooo. They aren't all exactly Disco, but close enough. At least no one is requesting Macarana anymore!
I got to thinking about a song I wrote, "Troubadour Highway." I have a demo somewhere that I recorded on psr2000 but I can't find it. Here is another one.
Troubadour Highway, 3:13, 3.8mb MP3
Perhaps you can identify with the sentiment.
