Vocalizer. It won't bend notes properly? - 12/08/02 03:29 PM

On some songs I have bends in the notes, such as the last line of "When will I be loved" where it bends up a tone and then down. It works fine on my old vocalizer but is not doing it right on the SD1. Does anyone know why?

It seems to hiccup and not bend to the proper note. I changed the "pitch bend" option to on but this didn't fix it. Any suggestions?

On the Digitech harmonizers, the feature you want is refered to as "Scoop". Maybe SD1 has a similar nomenclature ?

I'm talking about it coming from a track in the midi file. It already has the bend information. It's just not reproducing it properly. why?

DanO,
I think the question is this:
Can the SD1 harmonizer be set to "slide" between two pitches without awkward step changes?
This is a setting on Digitech harmonizers that can be accesed or not.
