VA7 Version 2 Available!

Claude and anyone else interested living in the USA and owners of the Roland VA7.
I just recieved an email from the product manager at Roland telling me that the Version 2 upgrades are now available. They need to be upgraded by a service center or by your local store because doing it wrong may burn out your variphrase processer. The cost for this upgrade is $60.00 which includes a new zip disk and owners manual. If you wish to use the new music assistant feature, you will need this new zip disk. Contact your local dealer and tell them to order you the new version 2.0 today!

The new zip disk alone is worth the price because has about 1000 new user programs: really cool!

What will this new UPGRADE incorporate?

I posted information about this upgrade several months ago (I think around November of 2001).
the major inhancements are 4 voice layer capabilities with the on and off buttons on the main screen now, music assistant with 750 preset music song styles supplied on the zip and you can add your own, variphrase sounds now available on the left hand voices where before they were only on the right,and numerous other features which my brain can't remember right now while I'm at home.
