That's an incredible performance. It is amazing how some people can be such artistic performers and while overcoming severe handicaps.

Django Reinhardt is one of the best jazz guitarists of all time and only had 2 fingers on his left hand ( the rest were paralysed ) to finger the guitar. You can see some rare footage at http://youtube.com/watch?v=zD6ZD1Igxr0
