FYI...

HOW TO POST PICTURES:

The photo must reside on a server somewhere, either Yahoo.com, DonnyPesce.com, etc...

You can't upload pictures to SynthZone, I don't think Nigel has implemented that features as yet (hint, hint).

Then simply reference the location of your picture in a fully qualified URL string surrounded by UBB [img][/img] tags, like Nigels example below (look for the image tags example):
http://www.synthzone.com/ubbs/ubbcode.html

That's it!

It's a VW Caravelle, 2.5 Turbodiesel. Perfect for gigging. It also has a fuel heater, so I can sleep in the car on those far away gigs. Actually slept in that van for two weeks on my holiday road trip!

JIll we did this years ago also....hy we talk to people every day and years go by and you have no idea who your talkig to....so the pic eases the imagination......unil maybe one day some of us can meet in person....I have met some wonderfull friends from the SZ in past years ......I hope to meet some more someday also!

Arrangers are only a hobby for me so the WK pretty much stays in the basement. But once a year, I pull out all the gear into the garage and invite the neighborhood over for a little shindig. Here I am fumbling for the next chord.



The mini-fridge behind me is fully stocked, a fresh Corona waiting for me when I finish the song, and the empties piling up against the wall behind the grinder. It was a great day. My eyes are on the screen of the keyboard, the laptop is off to my right.....Audience eye-contact......Forgetaboutit!

Later that evening, after consuming many ounces of "courage", I serenaded my lovely wife, Val, with Can't Take My Eyes Off You.



Fortunately, the rest of the crowd was feeling like I was so they thought Frank Sinatra was "in the house". I still don't know where I got that cowboy hat from.

Can't wait till next year........

By the way, the photo was taken by the Marina on Oulton Broad, Lowestoft and I was one happy guy to be pulling in the bream and roach.And being retired, I spend a fair amount of time in this pursuit!

Chony........That laptop stand is a Custom made UNCLE DAVE SPECIAL......it is made of bits and pieces of different tubes & clamps.....
