Hi Dan,
I suggest you check out the GEM keyboard forum. It is listed two down from this forum. There you will find several people, Dave McMahon, Paul Davis, and others who are willing to provide lots of info on your keyboard. Both Dave and Paul work for GeneralmusicUS and have extensive knowledge of this great keyboard. Give them a try.
