OK .......So I'm getting into the Tyro's

Tyro's arrived last week and I'm starting to get into it .
Just the screen itself is great for me . I am a self taught player and do not sight read very well . I would give myself a 2 on a scale from 1 to 10 .
The score scroll helps a person like me ! :

As many of you know , I've been a long time Ketron endorser . Now that I have had the Tyro's at the store , I'm starting to dig it .

Welcome to the club! Did you install a hard disk yet? That really adds a lot to the Tyros. There are tons of great styles out there for almost every song and genre.

I'm with you. I love the score function on the Tyros and really was what ultimately helped me make the decision to buy it. It's just a great learning tool.

Welcome to Tyrosworld! Be sure to play around with the EQ and compressor, especially if you use the TRS-MS01 speaker system as it influences the sound considerably.

Dan, glad to have you as a liker of the Tyros at least. While it may not be the board for all, it certainly does have allot to offer.
