SD1 Rel.3.0 - Compliments to Ketron

After installing and checking release 3.0 I got a big smile on my face - the fill delays are gone!
Although significantly present in few styles only, this was something it shouldn't be there. Ketron engineers said they would try to fix it and they did it! And perhaps I feel even more satisfaction now as if it there was no problem at the beginning - I've also experienced, how it looks like , if a company cares about their customers!
I'm sure many of you guys will soon have your wishes implemented in the keyboard!

I also want to say thanks to Ketron AJ, who found some of my very old postings and informed me about this matter!

I agree with you but I was a little disappointed because very few of the items I mentioned in the open letter to Sandro are implemented....... perhaps in the next release ?

Luka: On behalf of everyone here at KETRON, you're welcomed.

Roel: You are right - the next release will have yet more resolutions ... a lot of which you'd suggested too. Remember we can tackle these issues one at a time, but we are determined to get to most soon. As a new Engineer here at Ketron, this is one of my goals ... making sure we immpliment what most of our customers want (and I believe I have started that trend already). If features can't be immplimented in current instruments, they will definately be considered while designing later models.

Just wanted to let you know ... we have started working on a new software that will 'correct' some of the 'noise' within the Electric Piano voices for the SD1. Sounds are being tested and I will let you know of any updates.
