Using USB Hub/Multiple Memory Sticks On PSR 1500/3k - 01/16/07 06:05 PM

Hi,
wondering if anyones's tried using a usb hub & multiple memory sticks on their psr?? ie to make it easier to organize styles songs & multipads, by using a stick for each.

Discovered it works with multiple memory cards & multiport card reader http://www.synthzone.com/ubbs/Forum37/HTML/014872.html
but I don't have a usb hub to try it with.

I did discover the following though.

I own a numeric keypad for my laptop that replicates 2 usb ports.I plugged it in, plugged a usb memory stick into one of the ports & my multi card reader into the other. The cardreader wouldn't work it
doesn't register. I then found my old single sd card reader , plugged it into the second port. Guess what I now have memory stick as usb1, single sd card reader as usb2.
I'm assuming if my numeric keypad works, why shouldn't a dedicated usb hub ??

best wishes

Hi,
As long as your hub is self powered there should be no problem.I have connected to my Psr3000 1.Multi card reader 2.Floppy Disk 3.Computer 4.Two memory stick
