For Dave
FBT is Italian company and it's in relationsheap with Renkus-Hainz. the quality of products is very good. I heard EV, jbl, mackie SRM 450, RCF,KH etc. but FBT is the best for me. You will find this products on page www.fbt.it

HI: Janez
I had a pair of FBT Max4A powered speakers
very good indeed.
I traded mine for the new YAMAHA MS400 powered
speakers, I like the 15" woofer better than
the 12".
The FBT done a good job, but the Yamaha does
as good on the high's & low's, & better on
the midrange.
Enjoying the 9000 PRO
Denny
PS: Have you had any troulble with the FBT's
yet? The reason I'm asking is, one of mine
started to howl when it was setting idel, &
now that i'm thinking about it they always
had a hiss when setting idel. The Yamaha are
so quiet you don't know there on, unless
you have the KB & mixer cranked waaaaay up.
PPS: The Yamaha are heavier though.

I have been told that the clarity and smoothness of the FBT MaxX powered speakers is very good in its price class (JBL, Mackie, Yorkville) I am interested in the FBT MaxX 2A 10" powered speakers. at the moment I have Mackie SRM 450 speakers and they are louder and bulkier than I need. I want smaller cabinets for easier moving. I play digital piano for acoustic jazz groups, so the volume is never very loud.
