PSR 9000

What's the street price of the PSR 9000 and where's the best place to purchase? Also is anyone using this keyboard with Cakewalk Pro Audio 9? Are the sounds as good as Roland Sound Canvas or E-mu Proteus?

The 9000 is not out yet in the US. The retail price for this model will be $3100.00 according to my price sheet from Yamaha. I am the dealer in California, most major companys refer customers to. I sell all the major lines except technics, and if you have been following this forum for a period of time you will see that many of my customers have come from this forum. I will not be able to give you a discount price until the product is actually available here because Yamaha could still change their mind about the pricing. There was also no mention in the price list about the price and size of the available drive.
I still have 2 PSR 8000's in stock and they are being sold with hard drive, and 16 meg of extra sample memory at very reduced prices. If you or anyone else might be interested, call me at my store.

No Website yet. I've not yet decided how and when to start one. I'm so busy in my store that I don't know how I would be able to maintain a website and a retail operation without more help. I've really enjoyed answering questions and meeting new customers and making new friends just by communicating on this forum.
