SD1 - Question about section levels

Sometimes I need to bring LOWER sounds to the same volume as RIGHT (upper)sound.
I tried to raise the volumes in ARRANGE WIEV , but I could never reach the level or RIGHT sound. It seems that LOWERS are by default more quiet.
I don’t want to make all other sections (bass, drums, right…) more quiet so I overcome this problem by making PROGRAM, but still I wonder if it's possible to raise the LOWERs to the level of the RIGHT sound?

Most sounds assigned to the left hand are soft voices such as strings , rhodes etc...
You may want to choose different voicing combintions or perhaps raising the octave range of the lower voices ! The program's are a nice way to helo as well !
