I've talked about this model before, and it is an arranger. It was made by Roland quite a few years ago. I'm not sure how the sales were for it though. I've gotten some emails about it so here's the link with some info. They are a pretty rare beast at the moment--rather hard to find them.

I have one...Basicaly a MC303 with a keyboard
