What is the least expensive, hard disk recorder that I can use to send MP3 files for this site. I plan to use lines in for my finished sequence and maybe some voices. Like to have 8 channels. Something easy to use.
Thanks,

Zuki you can record right into PC inexpensivly as per instructions here....or use a similar recording program....then you would have to have a host website to host/save the song.....then you can post the link address of the recording for all to hear via email or on the internet.

If you don't need midi capabilities, here is a freeware app that will do multitracks, and it has been reported to be very good.

Thanks for this info, but I'd prefer to buy a stand alone unit to use additionally on the potential job. I thought about the BR864 or Zoom products. Any stand alone suggestions appreciated.
Thanks.
