Arranger-less - 01/22/07 07:45 AM

Well, now I'm without an arranger. I just shipped out my PSR2000 this morning. I'm thinking MM6, GW7, or E(xs)?? Any ideas? I don't need fancy voices, just good styles.

Regarding styles, if you want it to sound like a CD is playing,
Yamaha sure sounds good, but if you want it to sound like a live band,
you should try out a Ketron.
Also I think Korg have great styles, and Roland, and.....

Good luck in your hount for the keyboard who fit your needs.

Go with the 3000, or wait for the S-900 which will be coming to a dealer in the U.S. sometime in late summer. You can tune either one of them to sound as hot as you like, and there are more 3rd party style files available for Yamaha than all the other boards combined. Lots of options--not a lot of cash!

Good Luck,

Gary

If you want stay in this price range (MM6,GW7...) you can get PSR-S500. I think it is very good keyboard with fantastic styles and sounds for good price...

I've revisited the 3000 and glad I did.

There are so many things I missed the first time around
