Joe,

This is the Arranger keyboard forum. The Kurweil K2600 and Korg Triton are not arrangers. Arranger keyboards use styles to supply bass lines, drum kits, and other sound for auto-accompaniment. Although some on this forum are experts on arrangers, not many have expertise on the keyboards you're comparing. I had a Triton Pro for a short time. It has great sounds, good keyboard feel, and is able to create good drum loops, etc. I can't tell you anything about the K2600 since I've never played one. I suggest you try one of the Synth forums where these keyboards are well known and owned.

Good luck,
Steve

Hello Joey,
The price of Kurzweil products has come down dramatically . The K2600 is the least expensive synth Kurzweil makes . It has 76 keys where as the triton can be 61,76 or 88 keys. If you compare triton pro to k2600 than the Kurzweil is my pick . Better sounds without effects . You can reach me at Guitar Center in Towson Maryland 410 821 5200 if you are in USA . Or email oneils4@home.com ..........Dan O
