I have a problem with my A5000...help!!!!!!!!

I have a CD with samples in yamaha format..But when i download them it says they are there///all complete ,,program..But I can't play them./..When I play them from midi keyboard only sound that is coming out is something like squicking...

If somebody knows what is going on please help me...
Maybe there is something wrong with my sampler...
