Can someone tell me how to save custom styles or groove styles in .sty (no user file)?

They are automatically saved in .sty format when you create them on the 8000.
You can save them to floppy by using the disk menu.

At first sight I thought my PSR would only save .usr files but yes you're right it saves styles too.
