Transpose right side +-1 octave - 10/17/01 11:35 AM

Are there any keyboards on which you can
transpose the right part of the keyboard
relative the left part?

Hi,

I suppose every hi-end keyboard can.
All Technics KN's, All Ketrons/Soltons etc.

All the Yamahas do. Also the Korg PA80 does.

Oops !......... perhaps we did not understand the original question ?
I thought you were talking about arrangerkeyboards that do have a LEFT and RIGHT part.
In the case you mean pianist-keyboards, I think this could be a problem... or am I wrong ?

It could really. But Rixon,
i.e. me, meant a keyboard of type Y2000.
(Kidder there!)

Let's just make sure we're understanding you here.. You're talking splitting the keyboard mid way, left hand 1 pitch..right hand a transposed pitch...correct..??
My T1 & T3 handle it just fine. In fact I use it for some Lynrd Skynard
