I wounder if I can use the Korg Pad as a sampler? how many samples can it carry? do they disapear after I turn it off?

[Yes you can use it as a sampler, but it is not a good one. It is more like a gadget but you can sample a loop into the pad an use it later. You have no floppydrive so you have to store everything in your pc. Its a funny thing and i used it together with another keyboard.
How to use: there is a button RECORD which you have to push during playing. It records that sequence. Afterwoulds you can play it again.

i bought one about 2 weeks ago then sold it 2 days ago,it is and it's not a sampler, it's basically made more for a DJ use not for keyboard players,you can sample one small chunk that you can't edit nor loop ,it's very limited and every time you turn it off you loose whatever you sampled,there is no way to save samples,it has 1 midi out no midi in/thru,mainely i bought it thinking the touch pad could trigger midi notes but it doesn't.

by the way are you egyptian?are you related to dody al-fayed.
