kn 2000 sequencer help needed

i put a midi file into my kn2000 and want to change the volume on certain tracks i went into the edit velocity but all the tracks velocity was at 0 this cannot be right as all tracks were quite loud .what am i doing wrong.

I wonder if you tried adjusting the level on the tracks when you play the song.

I believe after you adjusted them you can do a midi save.
