Two questions - Auto accomp. theory and SD1 Volume/4 Switches pedal

Need some help again!
1. I look for a web page with theory about auto-accompaniment in arranger keyboards. Anybody knows of a good site?
2. Do the switches on SD1 Volume/4 Switches pedal have the same function as switches on Effects pedal F6?

Volume/4 switch pedal is same as FS6 plus a volume pedal.
